Improve your overall coordination, speed, agility and quickness! Training is sport specific and will provide athletes with specific drills for their sport!

BOOTCAMP TRAINING=TOTAL BODY FITNESS​
A full-body workout that includes intervals of athletic and plyomeric drills, sprinting, running and strength training! A challenging workout that will increase your strength, endurance, and stamina! Training is held outside at the local Forest Preserves in the Elburn area.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING= MUSCLE TONE & FITNESS
Alternate between cardio & strength training to improve your overall level of fitness, strength,cardio and stamina! Classes are held at Snap Fitness in Elburn, Illinois.


YOGA/PILATES= CORE STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY
A combo of Yoga & Pilates movements that will strengthen your core and increase your flexibility! Specific exercises for your abs and back will improve muscle strength, stability, and posture!
